Acceptance of Agreement
By using our Site, you are agreeing to comply with and be bound by the following Terms Of Use ("TOU") with respect to our Site. This TOU constitutes the entire and only agreement between us and you, and supersedes all prior or contemporaneous agreements, representations, or understandings with respect to the Site, including the content, products or services provided by or through the Site.
Changes to the Tou
We reserve the right at any time and from time to time, without any prior notice whatsoever: (i) to change the terms and conditions of the TOU, (ii) change the Site, including discontinuing any content, feature or service of the Site; and (iii) impose fees, charges or any other conditions for use of the Site or portions thereof. The latest TOU will be posted on the Site, and you should review the Site frequently to see any recent changes. By continuing to use the Site you are agreeing to comply with and be bound by the TOU as modified.

Electronic Communications
When you visit GlobeTask.com or send e-mails to us, you are communicating with us electronically. You consent to receive communications from us electronically. We will communicate with you by e-mail or by posting notices on this site. You agree that all agreements, notices, disclosures and other communications that we provide to you electronically satisfy any legal requirement that such communications be in writing.
Your Account
If you use this site, you are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and password and for restricting access to your computer, and you agree to accept responsibility for all activities that occur under your account or password. If you are under 18, you may use GlobeTask.com only with involvement and consent of a parent or guardian. Globetask.com and its affiliates reserve the right to refuse service, terminate accounts, remove or edit content, or cancel orders in their sole discretion.
Service Plans and Pricing
We offer a variety of service plans which can be purchased from GlobeTask and which are designed to meet the needs of a broad range of customers.
There are several plans that can be purchased from us. We may from time to time change or modify our service and product offerings and our pricing by posting such changes on our Site. We are under no obligation, to notify you of any such changes or modifications.
Automatic Renewal
Your subscription will be automatically renewed on a monthly basis, without prior notice to you. Your subscription may be cancelled as set forth below under “Termination”.
Pay As You Go Plan
The Pay As You Go Plan is ideal for individuals who need assistance but aren’t sure of their usage pattern, or have a small amount of work needed each month. Under this plan your credit card will be charged only for the service hours actually utilized during the relevant calendar month. There is no minimum usage commitment whatsoever. When you sign up for our service we will obtain authorization from your credit or debit card in the amount of $100. Certain debit cards will reflect such authorization as a charge on you card. Such amount will be charged at the end of the calendar month for the charges you actually incur.
Monthly Plans
Our Monthly Plans are suitable for both busy individuals and small businesses. You may choose from a variety of monthly packages to suit your budget and usage pattern. The monthly plans provide different amounts of services per month at a discount price. See the chart below for a listing of our current offerings. You will be billed monthly in advance for each of our monthly plans. Should you start a plan during the course of a month you will be billed at sign up for the pro rata portion of the month remaining determined on a weekly basis. Any hours used during such month in excess of the pro rata portion allocable to month will be billed at the extra hours rate applicable to your chosen plan. In the event of any change in our product or service offering which would change the terms or scope of your service you will be migrated to the most similar plan then offered.
Task-Based Plan
Our Task-Based Plan is perfect for businesses or individuals who need assistance for a limited time or for a specific project. We undertake tasks from start to finish, and you pay for the particular project.
Have a single task that you need completed? Contact us with the details, including the timeframe, hours required, and the necessary skills involved. We will get back to you with a quote as soon as possible. Once our quote is accepted you will be billed for such project.

Plans Terms and Conditions
- None of the plans distinguish between business and personal tasks. Both can be handled as part of any of the above plans.
- You can upgrade or downgrade between any two plans before the end of a calendar month and such change will take effect for the next calendar month.
You will be billed by the 7th of each calendar month, and all plans may be canceled prior to the end of the calendar month.
Sales and Use Taxes
The prices set forth in this Site for our services include all sales and use taxes.
Shipping and Handling
In the event that we are required to ship any goods or materials to you such fees are not included in the above prices and you will be billed for such shipping and handling. In general such charges will be billed directly from the relevant third party vendor providing such goods or materials.
Cancellation
You may cancel your service Plan at any time and such cancellation will become effective, and your Plan will terminate, as of the end of the calendar month in which you gave notice of cancellation and your Plan will not renew for the following calendar month.
Non Payment
In the event a credit or debit card charge is rejected, a check submitted is returned for insufficient funds, or a credit card chargeback is made by the Client, the Client agrees to pay ALL fees and expenses incurred by us together with our administrative charge for processing such rejected charge or payment together with interest on the late payment period. In the event of non-payment, Globetask.com reserves the right to discontinue your Service immediately without notice to you, and we may refer your account for collection by a collection agency selected by us. You will be liable for for any and all court and/or legal fees and any expenses incurred by use in connection with our collection of payment on any delinquent fees or expenses.
No Refund Policy
While we use our reasonable efforts to ensure that our Services, and any goods purchased through or with our services or through our Site will be of a reasonable quality, nevertheless, we do not provide any refunds whatsoever under any circumstances. Your sole remedy if you are dissatisfied is to stop using our Site.
Intellectual Property and Copyright
The Site, including but not limited to the content, organization, graphics, design, compilation, magnetic translation, digital conversion, all Site software, design, text, editorial materials, informational text, photographs, illustrations, audio clips, video clips, short features, artwork and other graphic materials, names, logos, trademarks and service marks (the "Materials"), are the property of GlobeTask.com or its licensors and are protected by copyright, trademark and other intellectual property laws. “GlobeTask.com" and certain other names or phrases are our service marks, or trademarks. Other product and company names mentioned on the Site may be trademarks of their respective owners.
We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-assignable and non-transferable license to use and display the Materials for personal noncommercial use only provided that you maintain all copyright and other notices contained in such Materials. You do not acquire ownership rights to any content, document or other materials viewed through the Site. Your use of information on the Site or materials linked to the Site is entirely at your own risk. Any images of persons or personalities contained on the Site shall not be an indication of endorsement of any particular person, product or our service unless otherwise specifically indicated.
Copyrights and Copyright Agents
We respect the intellectual property of others, and we ask you to do the same. If you believe that any material on our Site has been copied in a way that constitutes copyright infringement of your work, please provide our Copyright Agent the following information:

You grant GlobeTask.com and its affiliates and sublicenses the right to use the name that you submit in connection with such content, if they choose. THE AGGREGATE LIABILITY OF GLOBETASK.COM AND THE AFFILIATED PARTIES FOR ALL DAMAGES, LOSSES, AND CAUSES OF ACTION (WHETHER IN CONTRACT, TORT (INCLUDING, WITHOUT LIMITATION, NEGLIGENCE), OR OTHERWISE) IN CONNECTION WITH ANY CLAIM ARISING OUT OF OR RELATING TO THE SITE AND/OR THE PRODUCTS, INFORMATION, DOCUMENTS AND SERVICES PROVIDED HEREIN OR HEREBY SHALL BE THE TOTAL AMOUNT PAID TO US BY YOU DURING THE CALENDAR MONTH DURING WHICH SUCH CLAIM AROSE, IF ANY, AND IN ANY EVENT SHALL NOT EXCEED $200 AND THAT AMOUNT SHALL BE IN LIEU OF ALL OTHER REMEDIES WHICH YOU MAY HAVE AGAINST US OR ANY AFFILIATED PARTY.
TERMINATION
You understand and agree that we may, without prior notice to you, terminate your access to and use of the Site. Cause for such termination shall include, but not be limited to, (i) breaches or violations of the TOU or other agreements or guidelines, (ii) requests by law enforcement or other government or regulatory authorities or (iii) repeat violators of third party copyrights or other intellectual property rights.
USE OF INFORMATION
We reserve the right, and you authorize us, to use and assign of all information regarding Site uses by you and all information provided by you in any manner consistent with our Privacy Policy. All remarks, suggestions, ideas, graphics, or other information communicated by you to us (collectively, a "Submission") shall be and remain our property. We will not be required to treat any Submission as confidential, and will not be liable for any ideas (including without limitation, product, service or advertising ideas) and will not incur any liability as a result of any similarities that may appear in our future products, services or operations. Without limitation, we will have exclusive ownership of all present and future existing rights to the Submission of every kind and nature everywhere. We will be entitled to use the Submission for any commercial or other purpose whatsoever, without compensation to you or any other person sending the Submission. You acknowledge that you are responsible for whatever material you submit, and you, not us, have full responsibility for the message, including its legality, reliability, appropriateness, originality, and copyright.
THIRD-PARTY SERVICES
We may allow access to or advertise certain third-party product or service providers ("Merchants") from which you may purchase certain goods or services. You understand that we do not operate or control the products or services offered by Merchants. Merchants are responsible for all aspects of order processing, fulfillment, billing and customer service. We are not a party to the transactions entered into between you and Merchants. YOU AGREE THAT USE OF OR PURCHASE FROM SUCH MERCHANTS IS AT YOUR SOLE RISK AND IS WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND BY US, EXPRESSED, IMPLIED OR OTHERWISE INCLUDING WARRANTIES OF TITLE, FITNESS FOR PURPOSE, MERCHANTABILITY OR NON-INFRINGEMENT. UNDER NO CIRCUMSTANCES ARE WE LIABLE FOR ANY DAMAGES ARISING FROM THE TRANSACTIONS BETWEEN YOU AND MERCHANTS OR FOR ANY INFORMATION APPEARING ON MERCHANT SITES OR ANY OTHER SITE LINKED TO OUR SITE.
THIRD-PARTY MERCHANT POLICIES
All rules, policies (including privacy policies) and operating procedures of Merchants will apply to you while on any Merchant sites. We are not responsible for information provided by you to Merchants. We and the Merchants are independent contractors and neither party has authority to make any representations or commitments on behalf of the other.
LEGAL COMPLIANCE
You agree to comply with all applicable domestic and international laws, statutes, ordinances and regulations regarding your use of the Site and the Materials provided therein.
MISCELLANEOUS
The TOU and the relationship between you and us shall be treated as though it were executed and performed in Switzerland, and shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Switzerland (without regard to conflict of law principles). Any cause of action by you with respect to the Site (and/or any information, Material, products or services related thereto) must be instituted within one (1) year after the cause of action arose or it will be forever waived and barred. All actions shall be subject to the limitations set forth in the TOU. The language in this Agreement shall be interpreted as to its fair meaning and not strictly for or against any party. This Agreement and all incorporated agreements and your information may be automatically assigned by us in our sole discretion to a third party in the event of an acquisition, sale or merger. Should any part of this Agreement be held invalid or unenforceable, that portion shall be construed consistent with applicable law and the remaining portions shall remain in full force and effect. To the extent that anything in or associated with the Site is in conflict or inconsistent with this Agreement, this Agreement shall take precedence. Our failure to enforce any provision of this Agreement shall not be deemed a waiver of such provision nor of the right to enforce such provision. Our rights under this Agreement shall survive any termination of this Agreement.
